Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Amaluci Sarl, having its registered office at 3 Rue du Gabian, c/o One Business Office, 98000 Principality of Monaco (the “Agency”), and the client (the “Client”), in relation to the provision of travel-related services.

By requesting, booking, or confirming any service through the Agency, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

2. Scope of Services

The Agency acts as a travel organizer and/or intermediary, offering travel-related services including, but not limited to:

  • Accommodation

  • Transportation

  • Tours, activities, and experiences

  • Tailor-made and bespoke travel itineraries

  • Lifestyle travel services

The services are provided either directly by the Agency or through independent third-party suppliers.

3. Itinerary Design & First Steps

An Itinerary refers to a combination of travel services that are researched, designed, and coordinated by Amaluci as part of a single journey. An itinerary may include accommodation, transfers or other transportation, experiences, activities, restaurants, and other travel-related services.
As a general guideline, an itinerary includes a minimum combination of one hotel night, one transfer, and one experience. The services are selected and coordinated together according to the Client’s preferences and requirements, creating a cohesive and tailor-made journey rather than a series of separate bookings.

Following an initial complimentary consultation and once the first itinerary draft has been confirmed, a Planning & Research Deposit starting from €500 is required before Amaluci begins the detailed research and development of the tailor-made travel proposal. The deposit covers the professional time, expertise, research, itinerary design, supplier coordination, and access to Amaluci’s network of trusted partners.
The Planning & Research Deposit is determined based on the scope and complexity of the journey and may vary depending on factors including the duration of the trip, number of travellers, number of destinations, complexity of the itinerary, level of research and coordination required, and the type or destination of travel.

The Planning & Research Deposit includes up to two rounds of reasonable refinements to the proposed journey. Should the Client’s travel plans change significantly — for example, by changing the destination, adding new destinations, or requesting an entirely different itinerary — the Planning & Research Deposit may be adjusted accordingly, and an additional deposit may apply.

The Planning & Research Deposit is non-refundable. Should the Client proceed with the journey proposed by Amaluci, the deposit will be credited in full towards the final invoice.

Any preliminary information or discussion provided during the complimentary consultation is non-binding. The detailed tailor-made proposal will be prepared only once the applicable Planning & Research Deposit has been received.

4. Single Booking Policy

A Single Booking refers to the arrangement of one standalone travel service, such as:

  • Hotel-only booking

  • Boat or yacht charter

  • Ground transportation

  • Helicopter transfer

  • Private jet booking

For Single Bookings, a Planning & Research Deposit is not required. Amaluci will invoice the Client directly for the applicable service, in accordance with the payment conditions specified in the proposal or invoice.

Single Bookings remain subject to availability, supplier terms and conditions, and the applicable payment and cancellation policies.

5. Acceptance of Proposal and Booking

Once the Client receives the proposed journey, confirmation of the itinerary must be provided in writing in order for the Agency to proceed with the booking.

To confirm the proposed journey, the Client must:

  • Confirm acceptance of the proposal in writing; and

  • Make the applicable payment or deposit within the payment deadlines specified in the proposal.

The Agency cannot guarantee the availability or pricing of the services proposed until the required payment has been received within the specified deadline. Prices and availability may change until the booking is confirmed.

Once the proposal has been accepted and the required payment received, the Agency will proceed with supplier confirmations, bookings, and operational coordination.

All bookings remain subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party suppliers.

6. Payment Conditions

Payment conditions may differ for each event, itinerary, or service and depend on the specific arrangements agreed upon by the Agency and the terms and conditions imposed by the relevant third-party suppliers.

The applicable payment schedule, including deposit requirements, payment deadlines, and final payment dates, will be clearly stated in the relevant proposal provided to the Client.

Payment must be received within the deadlines specified in the proposal in order to secure the services and quoted rates. Until the required payment is received, the Agency cannot guarantee availability or pricing.

Failure to make payments within the specified deadlines may result in the cancellation of services, loss of deposits, or the application of cancellation charges in accordance with the applicable supplier terms.

Tickets, hotel vouchers, confirmations, and other travel documents will be released only after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Availability & Rate Validity

All services and rates included in a proposal are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Proposals and quoted rates are valid for 24 hours from the time of issue, unless otherwise stated in the proposal. After this period, availability and pricing may change.

Should availability or pricing change before confirmation, the Agency will inform the Client and, where possible, provide the closest available alternative. Any difference in cost will be communicated prior to confirmation.

8. Changes & Modifications

Any modification requested after confirmation is subject to availability, supplier approval, and revised pricing.
Changes to the itinerary, services, dates, destination, or number of participants may result in revised availability and costs.

The Agency does not guarantee that requested changes can be accommodated. Any additional costs resulting from changes requested by the Client shall be borne by the Client.

9. Cancellations by the Client

All cancellations must be made in writing.

Each event, itinerary, or service may be subject to a different cancellation policy, depending on the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant third-party suppliers and the specific arrangements made by the Agency.

The applicable cancellation conditions for the services included in each proposal will be specified in the proposal and/or the relevant booking conditions.

Cancellation charges, non-refundable amounts, and refund conditions therefore vary depending on the service, supplier, and timing of cancellation. Certain services may be fully or partially non-refundable.

10. Changes or Cancellations by the Agency or Suppliers

In the event of a significant change or cancellation by the Agency or a third-party supplier, the Agency may, where reasonably possible, offer an alternative service or applicable refund in accordance with the relevant supplier's terms.

The Agency shall not be liable for changes, cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond the Agency's reasonable control.

11. Third-Party Liability

The Agency selects third-party suppliers with reasonable care but shall not be liable for their acts, omissions, delays, failures, or negligence, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

All services provided by third parties remain subject to the respective supplier's own terms and conditions.

12. Liability & Force Majeure

The Agency shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters and other natural events

  • Strikes and industrial disputes

  • Governmental actions or restrictions

  • Political or civil disturbances

  • Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions

  • Transport interruptions

  • Adverse weather and sea conditions

  • Other force majeure events or circumstances beyond the Agency's reasonable control

In the event that a boat or yacht service cannot operate due to adverse weather or sea conditions, the applicable cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or alternative arrangements will be determined in accordance with the specific terms and conditions of the relevant supplier, skipper, or charter company. These conditions will be communicated to the Client as part of the applicable booking terms.

13. Travel Documents & Identification

The Client is responsible for ensuring that all required travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid and meet the entry requirements of each destination, including any required validity period beyond the return date.

Clients must carry valid identification, including their passport where required, at all times during their program. Please note that some hotels, venues, activities, or suppliers may not accept a driver's license as valid identification.

The Agency shall not be responsible for any costs, losses, denied boarding, denied entry, or missed services resulting from invalid, expired, missing, or insufficient travel documentation.

14. Travel Insurance

The Agency strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance prior to and during the Client's travels to help protect the Client's travel investment and wellbeing.

Clients are strongly advised to ensure that their insurance provides appropriate coverage for their individual circumstances, including, where applicable, trip cancellation or interruption, medical expenses, emergency assistance, baggage, delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

The Agency does not provide insurance unless expressly stated otherwise and is not responsible for any costs or losses that may have been covered by an appropriate travel insurance policy.

15. Local Taxes

Local taxes, city taxes, tourism taxes, and other mandatory charges, where applicable, are subject to the regulations in force at the destination and may change without prior notice.
Any applicable changes will be communicated to the Client accordingly.

16. Complaints

Any issue arising during the trip should be reported to the Agency and/or the relevant service provider as soon as reasonably possible, so that the Agency or supplier has the opportunity to assist and, where possible, resolve the matter during the trip.

17. Data Protection & Confidentiality

The Agency processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Monaco.
All Client information is treated with strict confidentiality and will only be shared with third-party suppliers where necessary to provide the services requested by the Client or where otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Monaco.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Monaco, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection provisions or other applicable law.

19. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

The specific terms relating to payment, cancellation, availability, pricing, and individual services applicable to each booking will be set out in the relevant proposal provided by the Agency and, where applicable, in the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party suppliers.
